I’m replacing my AA Focus with a Kia Ceed, which is a lovely car to drive and with its smooth clutch, positive gear change and conventional handbrake, it’s an ideal car to learn in, too. Very similar in size and shape to the Focus, it gets learners used to driving a bigger, slightly more powerful car than many driving schools use, so they will not feel intimidated choosing a car after passing their driving test.
